Prof. Liang Zhou
Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences, China

Liang Zhou (PhD) is an associate professor at the Shanghai University of Medicine &Health Sciences. Prof. Zhou is an excellent leader of Rehabilitation Academics in Shanghai, a deputy director of Shanghai 5G+ Smart Medical Innovation Laboratory, and executive director of China Yangtze River Delta-Balkan Peninsula Innovation Center for International Technology Transfer Collaboration in Biomed. He is a Smart Hospital Technologic Transfer Branch vice president affiliated with the National Health Industry Enterprise Management Association.
His dominant research areas are active health and smart healthcare. Professional research in medical and industrial integration can help explain the application of artificial intelligence in medical and health management. In recent years, He has undertaken general projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the "Science and Technology Innovation" project funded by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, as well as participated in 16 scientific research projects such as the National Key R&D Program of China in Ministry of Science and National Natural Science Major Research Program as a key personnel. He has published over 60 papers in core journals at home and abroad, including SCI and EI journals, and has obtained 26 self-research technical patents and soft works. Regarding publisher, he served as the deputy chief editor of the International Journal of Intelligent Systems Technologies and Applications (EI) and Emerging Materials Research and Applied Intelligence (SCIE).

Prof.Ujjwal Maulik
IEEE Fellow, FIAPR, FAAIA, Distinguised member of ACM

Dr. Ujjwal Maulik is a Professor in the Dept. of Comp. Sc. and Engg., Jadavpur University since 2004. He was also the former Head of the same Department. Dr. Maulik has worked in many universities and research laboratories around the world as visiting Professor/ Scientist including Los Alamos National Lab., USA, Univ. of New South Wales, Australia, Univ. of Texas at Arlington, USA, Univ. of Maryland at Baltimore County, USA, Fraunhofer Institute for Autonome Intelligent Systems, St. Augustin, Germany, Tsinghua Univ., China, Sapienza Univ., Rome, Italy, Univ. of Heidelberg, Germany, German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), Germany, Grenoble INP, France, University of Warsaw, University of Padova, Italy, Corvinus University, Budapest, Hungary, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, International Center for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Trieste, Italy and Stanford University, USA.
Dr. Maulik is the recipient of Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship during 2010, 2011 and 2012 and Senior Associate of ICTP, Italy during 2012-2018 and Fulbright Fellowship in 2024-2025. He is the Fellow of Indian National Science Academy (INSA), Indian National Academy of Engineers (INAE), National Academy of Science India (NASI), International Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR), USA, The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), USA and Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA), Hongkong. He is also the Distinguish Member of the ACM. He is a Distinguish Speaker of IEEE, CIS as well as ACM. His research interests include Machine Learning, Pattern Analysis, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Multi-objective Optimization, Social Networking, IoT and Autonomous Car. In these areas he has published ten books, more than four hundred papers, mentoring several start-ups, filed several patents and already guided twenty five doctoral students. His other interests include mentoring young students, traveling extensively around the globe, outdoor Sports and Music.

Prof. Dr. Andrew W. H. Ip
University of Saskatchewan, Canada

Prof. Andrew W. H. Ip received his PhD from Loughborough University (U.K.), MBA from Brunel University (U.K.), MSc in Industrial Engineering from Cranfield University (U.K.), and LLB (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton (U.K.). Dr Ip was awarded in 2015 “Gold Medal with the Congratulations of Jury” and “Thailand Award for Best International Invention” in the 43rd International Exhibition of Geneva, and he was awarded the “Natural Science Award” in 2013 Ministry of Education Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards by the Ministry of Education of Mainland China. Dr. Ip is distinguished and visiting professor of various China mainland universities, and Honorary Industrial Fellow of the University of Warwick, Warwick Manufacturing Group. He is Professor Emeritus and adjunct professor of Mechanical Engineering, University of Saskatchewan and senior research fellow of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a chartered engineer, senior member of IEEE and member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, and members of various professional bodies in mechanical and electrical engineering. He is Editor in Chief of the journal of Enterprise Information System (SCI index), Taylor & Francis; Founder & Editor in Chief of International Journal of Engineering Business Management (ESCI & SCOPUS index), SAGE; International journal of Software Science and Computational Intelligence, IGI Global.

Prof. Rocky Lam
City University of Hong Kong, China

Graduated from the Engineering Doctorate Degree of City University of Hong Kong, as well as Engineering Business Management and Sociology Global Economic & Politics Program Master Degree in Warwick University and Chinese University of HK correspondingly, Dr Lam has over 30 years IT experience working in international IT services providers and large enterprises such as Digital, Compaq, HP, and Modern Terminals Limited etc. Dr Lam has involved in many large IT projects in different business sectors of Hong Kong, including government, utilities, retails, manufacturing, banking and finance as SAP, ITIL/ISO 20K and ESG consultant and auditor. Dr Lam has set up the Vantis Consulting Group on 2000 year, delivering IT business solutions such as Enterprise Resources Planning, Human Resources Planning and Talent Management, Internet of Things (IOT), Big Data Analysis, Smart Systems in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Building, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligent (AI), Metaverse and ESG Projects under cloud computing for serving over thousands of customers in the Greater China, Asia Pacific and Europe regions, employing over 300 staff across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and London.
In addition, Dr Lam is also the adjunct professor of CityU, PolyU and Warwick University, Hunan University of Finance and Economics, and HuBei University Zhuhai Research Institute as well as the university adviser of the Hang Seng University.
Dr Lam always works with the universities to encourage a lot of graduates to be entrepreneurs and startups in Hong Kong Science Park and Cyber Port by the funding and resources support from the Government and universities. Being the fellow member of British Computer Society and Chairman of CityU Engineering Doctorate Society, Dr Lam focus on the research and development of AI, Robotic Process Automation, Web 3.0, IOT, Machine Learning, Digital Twin and ESG for helping different organizations to build a smart ecosystem. Furthermore, Dr Lam is the Chairman of the "China and Hong Kong Enterprises Market Development Association" for advocating the foreign direct investment in deploying cloud smart business in the Greater Bay Area and the developing countries of "One Belt One Road".

Prof. Na Dong
Tianjin University, China

Dong Na, PhD, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, "131" Innovative Talents of Tianjin. In 2011, she obtained a doctoral degree in engineering from Nankai University and also received a joint doctoral program from the University of Illinois in the United States. She visited the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2009 as a research assistant. She has been engaged in research on nonlinear intelligent control and data-driven control methods and applications. As the project leader, she has led three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one key project funded by the Tianjin Natural Science Foundation. She has published 56 relevant papers as the first/corresponding author in important domestic and international journals and conferences, including more than 30 SCI indexed papers and more than 1000 citations. As the first author, she published one highly cited ESI paper and authored one English monograph (chapter). As the first inventor, she has obtained 9 authorized invention patents, and 4 have completed the transformation of achievements. She won one second prize for technological invention in Tianjin as the first completed person.

Assoc. Prof. Xilang Tang
Air Force Engineering University, China

Xilang Tang, Associate Professor at Air Force Engineering University, specializes in aircraft fault data mining and auxiliary support for fault diagnosis. He has served as Principal Investigator (PI) for projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation (CPSF). He has published over 20 SCI/EI-indexed journal papers as first author or corresponding author.

Dr. Pushpendu Kar
University of Nottingham Ningbo China, China

Dr. Pushpendu Kar is currently an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science at the University of Nottingham, UK (China campus), where he has also served as an Assistant Professor since 2019. Before this, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), and Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He also worked in different engineering colleges as a lecturer and in the IT industry as a software professional. He has over 14 years of experience in teaching and research, as well as 1.5 years of industrial experience at IBM. He has completed all his PhD, Master of Engineering, and Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering. He also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) in 2023. He received the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Postdoctoral Fellowship from the European Commission, the ERCIM Alain Bensoussan Fellowship from the European Union, and the SERB OPD Fellowship from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. He has received the 2020 IEEE Systems Journal Best Paper Award. He has received six research grants to support research-based projects, three of which were as a Principal Investigator (PI). He also received many travel grants to attend conferences and doctoral colloquiums. He is the author of over 70 scholarly research papers that have appeared in prestigious journals, conferences, book chapters, and IT magazines. He has also published one authored and three edited books. He holds nine patents. He has organized the ICIoT2024 and ICDSEC2025 conferences with a team. He has also chaired numerous conference committees, collaborated with a team to organize short-term courses, and delivered a few Keynote and Invited talks at international conferences and institutions. He has also served on the editorial boards of several international journals. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), UK, a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (FIETE), India, and a Chartered Engineer (CEng) from the Engineering Council, UK. The Ningbo Municipal Government in China has recognised him as a High-Level Talent. Dr. Kar mainly teaches Computer Networks and programming-related modules. His research areas include Ad Hoc Networks, Wireless Sensor Networks, Internet of Things, Content-Centric Networking, Blockchain, BigData, and Quantum Communication.
